Atlantia capital increase

According to Borsa Italiana’s Instructions, art. IA.9.1.9 comma 1 b) and IA.9.1.13 comma 1 b), Borsa Italiana notifies that strike prices, daily closing prices and the number of shares (lot) underlying stock options and stock futures on Atlantia shares shall be adjusted, as described in the related Avvisi di Borsa Italiana n. 9444 and 9445 dated June 1st, 2010.
In particular the coefficient K for the adjustment of stock option and stock futures contracts on Atlantia shares is equal to 0.952381.
The adjusted lot size for both stock option and stock futures contracts on Atlantia shares with an “X” at the end is equal to 525 shares.
New series of stock options and stock futures on Atlantia shares available for trading from June 7th, 2010 will maintain the lot size equal to 500 shares.
