Ansaldo STS - Free attribution to the existing shareholders of new ordinary shares

According to Borsa Italiana’s Instructions, art. IA.9.1.13 paragraph 1b), Borsa Italiana notifies that the daily closing prices and the number of shares (lot) underlying stock futures contracts on Ansaldo STS shares shall be adjusted, as described in the related Avviso di Borsa Italiana n. 10612 dated June 30th, 2010.
