The Shareholder Meeting of Borsa Italiana was held today.

The Shareholder Meeting of Borsa Italiana has appointed the new Board of Directors for the next three years, which is composed of Barbara Alemanni, Nicolas Bertrand, Chris Corrado, Mark Hoban, Raffaele Jerusalmi, Marina Forquet Famiglietti, Alessandro Foti, Andrea Maldi, Paolo Marchesini, Massimo Mocio, Claudia Parzani, Francesco Perilli and Andrea Sironi.

The new Board of Directors has confirmed Andrea Sironi as Chairman and Raffaele Jerusalmi as Chief Executive Officer of Borsa Italiana and has appointed Claudia Parzani as Vice-Chairman.
