Andrea Sironi appointed Chairman of Borsa Italiana

Borsa Italiana is pleased to announce that Professor Andrea Sironi has been appointed as Chairman. Professor Sironi’s appointment to the Board of Directors was approved at today’s Shareholder Meeting. The subsequent Board of Directors meeting confirmed his new role at Chairman, effective from 1 January 2016.
