Mondo TV Suisse debuts on AIM Italia

-       The company is controlled by Mondo TV, which is already listed on Borsa Italiana’s STAR segment

Today Mondo Tv Suisse debuts on AIM Italia. The Swiss company is controlled by Mondo TV, which is already listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana’s main market. Mondo TV is among the main European operators in the production and distribution of TV series and cartoons for TV and cinema.

Free float on AIM Italia is 11.25%, realized through the free assignment of shares by Mondo TV to its shareholders, corresponding to 18.87% of Mondo TV Suisse’s corporation stock. Banca Finnat Euramerica S.p.A. is Nomad of the operation.
