Borsa Italiana welcomes H-Farm on AIM Italia

-       With H-Farm AIM Italia totals 71 listed companies

-       The company raised about €20 million at IPO

Today Borsa Italiana welcomes H-Farm on AIM Italia, the market dedicated to SMEs.

H-Farm is specialized in start-up acceleration and investment activities in the digital and new media sector, and in advisory and digital transformation services for other companies.
H-Farm raised €20 million at IPO. At the moment of the admission the free float is 28,8% with a market capitalisation of about €89 million.

Banca Intermobiliare has been selected as Nomad.

Luca Peyrano, Head of Italy & Continental Europe Primary Markets of the London Stock Exchange Group, commented:

Next Monday, H-Farm will become a constituent of FTSE AIM Italia.
