The company, which joined the ELITE program on the 4th of November 2014, received the ELITE certificate after completing its training and coaching path in a very short time.

Giglio Group raised €6 million at IPO. At the moment of admission the free-float is 22.86% for a market capitalization of about €26.3 million. Integrae SIM S.p.A. has been selected as Nomad of the operation.

Barbara Lunghi, Head of the market of SMEs at Borsa Italiana, commented:

“We are proud to welcome Giglio Group on Borsa Italiana. An increasing number of ELITE companies choose to use the instruments offered by capital markets to foster their growth. So far, 15 companies participating in the program have issued mini-bonds listed on ExtraMOT Pro, while 15 others have realised private equity operations. With this new debut 4 ELITE companies are listed on Borsa Italiana. Giglio Group is decisively oriented towards internationalisation and we are sure that the listing on AIM Italia will be an important step leading to new opportunities of growth”.

Today ELITE, the platform of Borsa Italiana supporting small and medium enterprises in their growth, includes 271 companies in Europe.

AIM Italia includes 71 listed companies for a market capitalisation of €2.9 billion.
