Cover 50 joins AIM Italia

-       The company produces and commercialises high quality trousers

-       €19.3 million raised at IPO

-       Nomad of the operation: Banca Intermobiliare di Investimenti e Gestioni

Today Cover 50 debuts on AIM Italia, the market of Borsa Italiana dedicated to small and medium enterprises. The company designs and commercialises trousers with brand “PT – Pantaloni Torino”.

Cover 50 raised €19.3 million at IPO. At the moment of admission the free-float is 23.64% with a market capitalisation of €81.8 million. Banca Intermobiliare di Investimenti e Gestioni acts as Nomad of the operation.  

AIM Italia includes 65 companies, with a market capitalisation of more than €2 billion.
