A new debut in Borsa Italiana: Assiteca joins AIM Italia

-       13th admission on AIM Italia in 2015

-       The company raised €7,35 million at IPO

AIM Italia, the market of Borsa Italiana dedicated to small and medium companies, welcomes Assiteca S.p.A, holding of a group operating in the insurance brokerage sector. The company carries out advisory, insurance intermediation and business risk analysis activities at national and international level.

Assiteca raised €7.35 million at IPO. At the moment of admission the free-float is 11.92% with a market capitalization of about €57.4 million. Integrae Sim acts as Nomad of the operation.

With the admission of Assiteca AIM Italia includes 68 companies with a market capitalisation of €2.6 billion.
