ELITE: Bomi debuts on ExtraMOT PRO

-        Third ELITE company to issue a minibond on ExtraMOT PRO

Bomi, an ELITE company and provider of logistics outsourcing solutions in the specialized diagnostic and medical sector, today issued a bond, with a value of €1.5 million on ExtraMOT PRO with an expiration date of 3/31/2017. This date is subject to early repayment by bondholders or a possible listing of the company. The bond provides semi annual coupon payments at an annual rate of 7.25%.
Free and freely transferable warrants, at a discounted strike price, have been allocated to its subscribers, in the event of the company’s decision to list on AIM Italia.

ExtraMOT PRO is dedicated to the listing of bonds, financial bills, equity instruments and project bonds.
