Borsa Italiana welcomes “MC-link” to AIM Italia –Mercato Alternativo del Capitale

MC-link has today listed on Aim Italia - Borsa Italiana’s market for small and fast growing companies. MC-link is a specialist TLC company for SMEs services.

The company successfully raised €2.622.600 giving it a market capitalisation of €24.757.121,25  and a post-listing free-float of 10,01 per cent.

Integrae SIM is acting as the company’s Nominated Advisor (“Nomad”).

Barbara Lunghi, Borsa Italiana’s Head of Small and Mid Caps said:
“We are delighted that MC-link has selected Aim Italia as a venue to grow and gain access to capital. Listing represents, even for investment vehicles, a key mechanism for boosting and expanding a business. We are confident that this first listing of the year can give the right drive to list to other SMEs ”.

Aim Italia was created in January 2012 with the goal of simplifying access to capital for SMEs. A balanced and appropriate regulatory regime is in place, ensuring good governance from companies and the protection of investors.
