Borsa Italiana welcomes Digital Magics to AIM Italia - Mercato Alternativo del Capitale


Borsa Italiana today welcomes Digital Magics  to AIM Italia - Mercato Alternativo del Capitale, Borsa Italiana’s market for SMEs.
Digital Magics is an investment company operating as venture incubator of innovative and digital startups which provide high-tech contents and products.

Digital Magics raised €4.563.000 giving it a market capitalisation of around €25.5 million and a free float of 36.81 per cent. Integrae Sim acted as the company’s Nominated Advisor (“Nomad”).

Massimiliano Lagreca, Head of Large Caps & Investment Vehicles of Borsa Italiana, said:
“We are delighted that Digital Magics has chosen AIM Italia-Mercato Alternativo del Capitale to grow and get new resources for its investment on digital startups. We wish that this IPO can contribute to create new listed investment vehicles supporting the national Venture Capital and the development of technology companies with high growth potential”.

From Thursday 1st August, Digital Magics will be part of FTSE AIM Italia index.

AIM Italia was created in January 2012 with the aim of simplifying access to capital for SMEs. A balanced and appropriate regulatory regime is in place, ensuring good governance from companies and the protection of investors.

Digital Magics is the seventh companies which has listed on AIM Italia - Mercato Alternativo del Capitale this year.
There are now 29 listed companies on AIM - MAC.
