Borsa Italiana hosts Small Caps Conference

On Monday 21st November 2011, the first Small Caps Conference takes place in Borsa Italiana’s headquarters. The day gives companies with a smaller market capitalization on Borsa Italiana’s markets the chance to present their results, strategy and a general overview to the Italian financial community.

Barbara Lunghi, Head of Mid&Small Caps of Borsa Italiana said:
“Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) represent one of the strengths of the Italian economy and the most fertile breeding ground for the growth of the entire Country, this is why we have organized this dedicated event.  Borsa Italiana is focused on the development of listed companies, and this is an additional effort to extend this commitment."

The event will give companies direct access to the financial community and is supported by intermediaries, Banca Akros, Banca IMI and Intermonte.
