The Board of Directors of Borsa Italiana has met today

The Board of Directors of Borsa Italiana SpA has met today and, following the recent events involving the Exchange Industry, has granted to the CEO Massimo Capuano, supported by a steering committee composed by the Chairman Angelo Tantazzi and other members of the Board of Directors, the responsibility for a quick examination and thorough analysis of the opportunities already identified at an international level, which could best conform to Borsa Italiana’s strategic projects.

The Board of Directors has further assessed the feasibility study for the company’s flotation, considering the new opportunities that may arise at an international level.
