THE TEAM
The European expansion of our Advisory & IR Solutions business is a strategic pillar for the coming years. Heart of the Dutch financial capital market
Euronext Amsterdam is located in the lively city centre of Amsterdam at the historical exchange building at Beursplein 5. This historical building is the heart of the Dutch financial capital market. About the department
The Euronext Amsterdam team consists of over 120 professionals. The HR team in Amsterdam consists of an HR Director, an HR Business Partner and an HR Officer. The team is responsible for handling all HR matters for Euronext Amsterdam, but also cooperating with other (local) HR teams across the Euronext Group.
The HR Business Partner will need to be proactive, able to perform a wide variety of tasks and be passionate about adding value by offering the best possible HR support to multiple departments at Euronext Amsterdam. You will coach, consult and advise management on all HR-related matters. The IT Internal Audit VIE will be considered as a member of the IT team and the Internal Audit group-wide community. In this sense he/she will contribute to the execution of the audit plan. He/she participates to the different internal audit missions to which he/she is assigned, contributing to all phases of an internal audit mission: the diagnostic phase, investigation phase and writing of recommendations and audit report, debriefing and issuing of the audit report and to the recommendation follow up.

The VIE will contribute to identifying and reducing risks to Information Systems (alignment of the IT strategy to the business, application development lifecycle, IS project management, IS architecture, IS security, IT continuity, etc.), and improving the organization's operations. Summary of the role and description of the team
As a Service Desk Analyst, you are responsible for providing first-line support to our clients via phone and email. Your primary tasks involve resolving inquiries and technical issues related to all ECS products in a timely and professional manner.
Besides resolving requests and issues from customers and colleagues, the Service Desk is also responsible for monitoring of our current (and future) AWS platforms, testing of new features and releases, updating documentation and maintaining a stable bridge between our customer's needs and our product team.

Within PMCS, the Listing Department is in charge of the relationship with listed companies and those contemplating an IPO. Our mission is to promote financial markets and explain to business leaders the benefits of listing and how to better use financial markets once public either on the equity or debt front. Summary of the role
We are looking for an Account Executive willing to commute between Capelle aan den IJssel and Amsterdam, with a strong network in the Investor Relations field. You will advise our clients on meeting their communication objectives through the use of our services. Company Webcast has focused its sales activities on four core scenarios, namely Stakeholder Communication (Investor Relations), Internal Communication and Marketing Communication.
Your tasks
Responsibility for developing and maintaining revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing and new clients by leveraging on the value proposition of each SaaS product.
Making tactical and strategic contacts at management level (including heads of Investor Relations, Marketing & Communication, Sales & Purchase departments) through client networks and other channels.
