Equity Derivatives

Borsa Italiana SpA gives an opportunity in the Equity Derivatives Team in Milan

Main responsibilities:

- As relationship manager of a relevant number of mid-size retail brokers in Italy with the end goal to increase the revenues and to build a wider, more committed client base.

- Scouting new retail broker members worldwide.

- To design as well as the implementation of strategic plan to increase the mass-market investors’ participation to Borsa Italiana markets.

- To manage all relevant marketing / educational activities for his/her target of clients, with a specific task on Trading Online Expo event.

- Be actively involved in all project on new products as well as technology improvements (MTA/IDEM migrations, MIT/SOLA change requests, BTP futures launch, European Index Futures design study…)

Requested:

- Good knowledge of cash and derivatives business

- Able to work under-pressure, with a very entrepreneurial approach

- Graduate in Economics, BA, Political Sciences

- Fluent in English with a good knowledge of Italian. Other languages abilities will be a plus
