Buy In and Sell Out procedures

Since January 21, 2004, the provisions of the Rules and Instructions of the markets concerning the participation in the Express II settlement services and in the daily trade-checking service for the intermediaries admitted to trading  have entered into force.

These provisions shall apply to the financial instruments listed on the MTA, TAH,  SeDeX, MOT - DomesticMOT segment - , ETFplus and MIV markets

From the same date the mandatory execution procedures for contracts concluded on the above mentioned markets and on the MOT market - EuroMOT segment - and not settled within the time limits laid down in the Rules (Buy-in and Sell-out) have been into force .
