How to become an Information Vendor

There are two solutions for becoming a Borsa Italiana Market Data Distributor:

Become a Vendor (Receive data directly from Borsa Italiana):

The Vendor receives the raw (unprocessed) data directly from Borsa Italiana and enters into a contractual agreement. The vendor reports usage on a regular basis and pays the relevant fees directly to Borsa Italiana.

Become a SubVendor (Receive the data from a Vendor):

The SubVendor receives the already processed data from a Vendor or from another Subvendor. From a contractual standpoint the Revendor enters into a "Redistribution agreement" with the Vendor (ask the Vendor for the redistribution agreement). For administrative purposes, the Vendor undertakes to draw up a report also including the SubVendor's usage and to collect the fees for Borsa Italiana.

  • The Vendor will then send the necessary documentation in duplicate by post to: Borsa Italiana Spa, Piazza degli Affari 6, 20123 Milan.
