All companies listed on Borsa Italiana are required by the laws and regulations to disclose information in order to ensure the growth, efficiency and integrity of capital markets.

Borsa Italiana manages and assure the broadest circulation of corporate information. In particular the Listed Companies Supervision Division of Borsa Italiana, is the office in charge of guarantee the compliance of  disclosure requirements of listed companies through the supervision of the companies information. The main activities of the Listed Companies Supervision Division are:

  • Managing the circulation of the Price Sensitive Information;
  • Verify the respect of the disclosure requirements of listed companies;
  • Gathering of the corporate documents filed by listed companies such as: 

-  Annual reports, Half-Year reports, Quarterly reports;

- Prospectus of Ipo, shareholders meeting reports, take-over prospectus, bond rules, merger and acquisition documentation, related parties transactions, etc...;

- Reports on Corporate Governance of listed companies;

- Information on Managers transactions;

- Researches on listed companies;

- By-laws of  listed companies;

  • Release every day of Company Announcements

The Listed Companies Supervision Division has also a  Corporate Advisers Team, which  manages  relationship with the advisory community, including sponsors, law firms and accountants and gives advises on completion of corporate actions.
